Length:The standard length is approximately 75” the long is 85" and extra long is 95”. If you're unsure about sizing use a soft measuring tape to measure the path of the ring sling, adding a few extra inches to accommodate for baby. Shipping Fees

• Shipping is free over $98 to Canada and the USA. Woo! Thank you, free trade.
• For our international friends, our rates and expedited shipping are displayed at checkout.
• They are surprisingly reasonable in most cases (usually ship to Germany for about $35, which is cheaper than a hamburger and fries these days).
• We do not mark up the shipping fees charged by the shipping carrier, because that’s just rude.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

• We offer shipping to destinations within Canada, the USA, and internationally. Our standard delivery options have the following estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 5-10 business days (including production time)
• USA and international: 5-15 business days (including production time)
• Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Production and Shipping Timeframe

• We do slow fashion, but fast! We aim to provide our customers with a fast and efficient shipping experience and commit to meeting our destination delivery times, as listed above.
• Because we choose the eco-conscious way of “just in time” inventory, we make all of our products on-demand.
• So, after placing an order, we will produce and ship the items within approximately 2-5 business days, and we use the most efficient shipping methods to get it to you. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the order volume and product availability, but we do our darndest to make it happen.
• And it usually does happen. And now we are rambling. Okay on to the next. 

Expedited Production and Shipping

• For customers who are hot to trot in getting their product in their hands, we offer expedited production and shipping options.
• Expedited production options are located in the product listing, and expedited shipping is located at checkout.
• These options are subject to an additional fee, and the delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

• Please note that customs and import duties may be charged for international shipments. We agree, that’s no fun, but it’s just the way this whole global trade thing works out.
• These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the shipping fees charged by us (because these rates are different for every country, and as a small business, we don’t have the tech to do that yet). 
• Customs and import duties vary depending on the destination country and the value of the shipment. If you are unsure about the customs and import duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking Information

• We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure that all shipments are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Usually, UPS or Purolator. Occasionally we use Candaa Post for those who have PO box numbers. 
• We provide tracking information for all shipments, so you can monitor the delivery status of your order.

What type of linen are used in your products?

• We currently utilize 2 types of European linen. A linen twill, and a lightweight linen weave. 
• The majority of our products use a lightweight linen weave.
• Any items that are twill, are listed with twill in the colour swatch, title, or fabric description.

Lightweight Linen Weave

• Weight: 185 grams per square metre
• Description: A lightweight linen weave refers to a type of linen fabric that is woven in a way that creates a relatively thin and airy texture. This type of linen is often preferred for warm weather clothing, as it allows for good air circulation and breathability. 
• Lightweight linen weaves can be achieved through a variety of techniques, such as using a loose weave or a fine yarn, and can result in fabrics that range from semi-sheer to slightly opaque. 
• Despite its light and airy quality, lightweight linen is still a strong and durable material that can stand up to frequent use and washing.
• It is often used for summer dresses, shirts, and blouses, as well as for curtains, tablecloths, and other home decor items.

• Weight: 220 grams per square metre
• Description: Linen twill is a type of fabric made from flax fibers that are woven together in a twill pattern, resulting in a diagonal ribbing on the surface of the fabric.

Washing Linen Fabric

• Wash in cool or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle
• Avoid bleaching
• Air-dry if possible

Ironing Linen Fabric

• Use light water mist to help remove wrinkles, if required
