The free shipping option that is offered for mask orders is UN-TRACKED, which means once it leaves our shop we have no way at all to locate it on it's way to you. Due to unusually high volumes the postal system is currently moving much slower than expected. If you are on a tight timeline to receive these we highly recommend purchasing tracked shipping. We will be unable to refund orders which are delayed due to selection of un-tracked shipping options.
